✅Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the developer of Wallaby ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Wallaby app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
You must be old enough to enter into this agreement under the laws of your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
🧳What Wallaby is
Wallaby is a personal travel-planning app: it helps you organize trips, travel documents, packing checklists, vaccination records, budgets and notes. All of your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Wallaby has no accounts and no servers. We may add, change or remove features of the app over time.
🪪Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wallaby on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to your use of the app.
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where the law permits it;
- use the app in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose.
💳Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Wallaby Pro"). All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Prices may change; any change applies from the next billing period and Apple will notify you as required.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms — we cannot issue refunds directly.
📝Your content and your responsibility
Everything you enter in Wallaby — passport details, visas, health records, bookings, notes — is your content and remains yours. Because we have no servers, we never receive it and cannot recover it for you: keeping your device backed up (for example via iCloud) is your responsibility.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you store and for complying with the laws that apply to you when travelling.
⚕️Not professional advice
Wallaby may suggest packing items, documents or vaccines that are commonly relevant for a destination. These suggestions are provided for convenience and general information only — they are not medical, legal or immigration advice, and may be incomplete or out of date.
Always verify entry requirements, visa rules and health recommendations with official sources (embassies, government travel sites, your doctor) before travelling. Reminders and notifications are a convenience and may not be delivered by the system; do not rely on them for critical deadlines such as document expiry dates.
©️Intellectual property
The app, its design, icons, text and all related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use the Wallaby name or branding. Your own content is not affected — it stays yours.
⚠️Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Wallaby is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including missed flights, denied entry, lost bookings or data loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
🔄Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may discontinue the app or suspend the license of anyone who materially breaches these terms.
You can stop using Wallaby at any time by deleting the app — your data removal options are described in the Privacy Policy.
⚖️Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Any disputes will be subject to the courts competent under those rules.
